Lee Johnson has helmed several successful technology companies, overseeing business plan development, funding, development hiring, marketing, and sales. In 2001 he founded Syngence, LLC a Dallas based Legal Search Company. He established joint ventures with DataFlight, Casesoft, Iconect and others, taking Syngence from a startup to a leader in the Legal Discovery Search Market. In 1995 he founded DocID Technologies, the first “auto-classification” software company in the legal market.

Michael co-founded MC2 Studios, Inc in 1989. MC2 Studios, Inc. is a multimedia production company specializing in computer programming, multimedia development, Internet Development, application development, computer animation and image processing.

Michael is experienced in all phases of application and Internet Development. He received a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas in 1988. He received a Masters and PhD. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993 and spent two years in post-doctoral position as an NSF Associate at NASA Ames Research Center. In 1995 he rejoined MC2 Studios to lead the new Internet Development Services. His experience includes computer programming and software development in a variety of languages and environments

Malcolm Coon co-founded MC2 Studios, Inc. in 1989 and currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Malcolm is experienced in all phases of application development and system integration. For the past thirteen years, he has been focused on developing strategic technology solutions for businesses. Using his background in business process and technology, he has led teams that have developed and implemented solutions for distribution, fulfillment, online commerce, automated processes and electronic document processing for client companies.

Malcolm Coon received a Bachelors degree in Engineering Management from the University of Texas in 1988. His experience includes computer programming, software development, project management, operations management, engineering management, distribution management and production planning and inventory control. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Technology Advocates of San Antonio (TASA), a group dedicated to promoting the growth of the technology industry in the San Antonio region. In addition, he also serves on the executive\ committee for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Business Technology Summit and the Small Business Council.
