Lee Johnson CEO
Lee Johnson, chief executive officer of MindTalent, Inc., is a litigation technology veteran known for his innovation and vision.
After a successful career in document imaging, Lee recognized the need for technology that would help legal teams efficiently manage the burgeoning volume
of documents involved in litigation. As a result, he founded DocID Technologies in 1995 to automate the cumbersome task of coding large document populations.
With continued exponential growth in the volume of documents, Lee also envisioned a more advanced search technique to aid in legal review. After the sale of
DocID, he then co-founded Syngence LLC and spearheaded the development of Synthetix®, a conceptual search technology proven to be very effective in identifying
relevant documents as compared to traditional search techniques.
Following the sale of Syngence, Lee established MindTalent, Inc. to further enhance document review and analysis. Under his experienced leadership, the development
team has created LexStrata, innovative technology that combines Inference, Baysian, and Concept search techniques for exceptional results.
